Why Chiropractic??
Chiropractic care is a form of manual medicine which uses hands on care to address and fix movement problems at their source. We take a holistic approach by addressing the patient as a whole.
We focus on helping joints and their associated structures function optimally; including your muscles, ligaments/tendons and nerves.
Chiropractors are changing the narrative…
Whether your injury is new or longstanding, many individuals believe pain and functional limitations are their “new normal,” but we are here to change that narrative without the use of pain medication.

What can I expect when I visit ?
Prior to your initial consultation there will be a series of forms to fill out to gather information about your health history. These may be accessed through Jane ahead of time or filled out in clinic.
Your appointment will include a comprehensive history and examination to identify the cause of your problem and any contributing factors. Following examination, your Chiropractor will discuss the assessment findings and treatment plan customized to meet your needs.
Are neck adjustments safe ?
Yes. Neck adjustments are a safe and effective therapy for the treatment of headaches and neck pain in most individuals.
All health treatments have potential adverse effects. Most patients experience immediate relief following a chiropractic neck adjustment; however, some may experience a temporary headache, pain, or stiffness in the treated area.
Some individuals are worried neck adjustments have, on rare occasions, been associated with stroke and stroke-like symptoms. However, the ratio generally accepted by the research community ranges between one to two events per million neck adjustments.
This statistic is much lower than the serious adverse events associated with many common health treatments such as long-term non-prescription pain reliever use or birth control pills
